Onsemi introduces the Hyperlux ID series of real-time iToF (indirect time of flight) sensors that enable precise long-range measurements and 3D imaging of fast-moving objects. Thanks to its proprietary global shutter pixel architecture and integrated memory, the sensor can capture an entire scene while simultaneously processing depth measurements in real time. This enables depth measurements up to 30m, i.e., four times further than previous iToF sensors. The sensors are also capable of generating monochrome images and depth information simultaneously. Hyperlux ID includes 1.2MP global shutter/3.5µm BSI pixel sensors. The AF0130 model features integrated data processing, while the AF0131 offers the flexibility to integrate custom depth algorithms.
