The OptoNCDT 5500 laser triangulation sensor from Micro Epsilon now achieves a measurement rate of up to 150kHz across its entire measuring range, making it one of the fastest laser triangulation sensors in the world. Improved reproducibility of less than 0.04µm ensures maximum precision, while ambient light resistance of up to 200,000lux and temperature stability of up to ±0.008% d.M./K guarantee reliable measurements. The series is now also available with a 50mm measuring range and new fieldbus options (Profinet IRT, Etherat).
