Espros Photonics introduces the EPC670 Starter Kit, a ready-to-use 3D depth evaluation platform built around the EPC670 ToF sensor and a Raspberry Pi 5 host system. The kit is designed to enable rapid development and evaluation of high-speed depth applications. Key technical parameters are a 320×240 pixel depth resolution, 175 ToF fps (700fps sampling rate), robust operation under up to 100kLux ambient light, a 8 e-/LSB sensitivity, a 108×77° FoV, an integrated 940nm illumination, full Linux driver stack including v4l2, and open Python-based GUI source code.
