The Toucan Multispectral camera by Silios is specially designed to allow high integration of VIS+NIR multispectral systems. With its weight (less than 180g) and small footprint (52x63x40mm) the camera splits the image into ten spectral bands on a large spectral range (400-900nm). Made by hybridization of a custom Bayer-like mosaic filter on a commercial 4.2 MPixel CMOS Sensor, it allows extracting the spectrum on each point of the image.
247MP CMOS by Sony
Sony recently released a 247MP rolling shutter CMOS image sensor available in monochrome (IMX811-AAMR) and color (IMX811-AAQR) variants which have a 64.84mm diagonal, a square pixel array, as well as 5.3fps.
