Medical device company Atec announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire EOS Imaging for a purchase price of up to US$88m, plus debt retirement of US$33.9m. EOS imaging is specialized in outcome-improving orthopedic medical imaging and software solutions, and is recognized for its rapid, low dose, biplanar full-body imaging and 3D-modeling capabilities.
