Gpixel’s multi line scan CMOS sensor GL7004 has a 4096×2/4 resolution, 7?m pixel. The sensor is offered with two variants: a multi color four row R+G+B+Mono and a four row mono option, the sensor allows each row to have a unique exposure time, with line rates up to 250kHz in single line mode and 76.9kHz in quad line mode. The 7?m global shutter pixel offers a dynamic range of 61.5dB in nominal operation with a full well capacity up to 10.5 ke- and offers a high gain settings with read noise reduction down to 4.3e- . Data is read out over 12 lanes of sLVDS at 1200 MHz.
