Mech-Mind Robotics introduces the six new high-speed laser profile sensors of the LNX series 8000 and 7500. The 3D single-shot HDR sensors have a 4k resolution, a scan rate of up to 15kHz and a repeatability in the Z axis of up to 0.2 µm. The self-developed laser module, which is equipped with a unique cylindrical lens, emits light with a wide field of view and a narrow fan angle, which significantly minimizes blind spots and expands the effective imaging range. In addition, Mech-Eye LNX is equipped with a self-developed lens with a large aperture that increases the received light intensity by four times compared to conventional lenses.
