The Spectrum coordinate measuring machine (CMM) from Zeiss IQS is available in four sizes and combines both tactile and optical scanning capabilities, with the Vast XXT TL3 compact design and the LineScan One laser scanner. Spectrum verity also offers the Vast XT gold sensor, which enables active scanning. The RDS sensor carrier for verity enables flexible angular positioning with up to 20,736 possible positions. The system’s glass-ceramic scales have almost zero thermal expansion, which eliminates temperature-related errors. For sensitive and flexible parts, Spectrum offers the SoftTouch Mode sensor option, which is exclusive to the Vast XXT TL1.
