Daniel Seiler, Managing Director of IDS, is leaving the company on February 29 to pursue new challenges. Jürgen Hartmann will remain Managing Director and will continue Daniel Seiler’s main operational tasks from March 1. Jan Hartmann (pictured), eldest son of the company founder, will join the management of the company at the same time. In addition to his existing tasks in the recently founded sister company IDS Innovation with the associated B39 Academy, he will be responsible for the company divisions Human Resources, Finance and IT. Alexander Lewinsky, who has been Head of Operations since 2018, will be given power of attorney and will move up to the extended management board.
