The PC based software Q-Report is a complement to the Data Matrix code reading and evaluation system by Ioss. Q-Report is stationary and can be used for quality assurance in the laboratory or in the manufacturing process. The software receives from the reading and evaluation system the code content, the quality data and the currently captured image. During a quality evaluation, the Q-Report automatically controls the connected system in the standard-compliant range of brightness. Only when the ML value is reached does the quality evaluation start according to ISO/IEC 29158 (formerly AIM DPM 2006) with all criteria and compares them with the specifications set by the customer.
