As a result of a collaboration between Edmund Optics and Ruda Cardinal, the first Techspec Athermal Imaging lenses will soon be released. The lenses have a special thermal design ideal for performance over a wide temperature range without becoming damaged or needing refocus. They are ruggezidez for shock and vibration environments covering a wide range of sensors up to 1.1″ and focal lengths of 100 and 150mm. Applications are terrestial remote sensing, drones and aerospace.
