CMM Measurement Programs with Pay-Per-Use

Micat Planner reduces the time needed to create measurement programs for coordinate measuring machines by up to 90%. Now Mitutoyo also offers the software in version 1.9 as pay-per-use, which means that users only pay when they actually use the program. Interested parties order the starter kit and receive the software, a dongle with ten units, a translator for CAD data into STEP format, and software training. With each Unit, users can load CAD data once and output measuring programs. A unit is redeemed only once per set of CAD data. This means that different variants of measuring programs can be created or errors can be corrected at a later date – at no extra cost.
