The PaintChecker industrial systems by Optisense are designed for fast and non-contact measurement of coating thicknesses in continuous industrial use. Since the miniaturized LED and laser sensor heads of the PaintChecker model series are developed and manufactured in-house, innovative solutions can be offered even for the most unusual applications. For rough surfaces, models with a large measuring field are suitable, while sensors with a tiny measuring point are available for micromechanical applications. The sensor models with the patented Lares technology are eye-safe and can be operated without further protective measures.
